Haven't started using it yet, but it looks like it's good quality. Bought it from San Neng and will try making a chiffon cake when I have time.

The first time making steamed cake, yes, you steam it! You place the mold in a big bowl, cover it with cling film, and steam it in a pot. It came out perfectly and was gone in no time. 🤭 The mold is great. Just flip it over, and once it's cooled, the cake comes out on its own.

However, there was some liquid leakage here, and when I tested it with water, it leaked too.
