I change about 20% of the water daily, and with Sensen fish food and the boiled egg yolk I give every morning, the fish are pretty lively. In my 30-liter tank, I have 6 neon tetras, 2 peacock cichlids, 2 zebras, and one gray fish whose name I don't know. The zebras are quite active, and I'm keeping an eye on them, especially since the two male peacock cichlids are really spirited, with one chasing a female tetra around.
