I bought this because my neck's been feeling uncomfortable. It's pretty comfy and fits well, even when sleeping on my side. I'd recommend it.

The text on the control panel is not very clear, and the connections for the inflatable balloon are a bit short, which makes it sit quite low on the pillow. Also, while it can inflate, the minimum height after deflation is about 120mm, which is a bit different from the stated 90mm. Just a heads up for anyone considering this!
