This steamer paper works well for steaming buns without sticking, but it's really best for a single layer. If you steam two layers at once, you should only use it on the top layer. Water can drip from the top to the bottom buns, and they don’t turn out as nicely (you can see this in the video with the top buns right after opening the lid and the bottom buns in the picture). There’s quite a bit of water on the steamer paper in the video. Overall, I have mixed feelings about it.
