The ceiling light I received is quite decent overall, but the product info on the page doesn't match what I got. It mentioned the color rendering index, but that's not on the actual product. When I asked customer service about it, they just kept saying, 'Our products are guaranteed.' It's frustrating not to have all the details I should know as a consumer. It leaves me feeling a bit stuck.

I thought going for a big brand would make things easier, but it turns out I was mistaken. After just a few days of installation, it unexpectedly fell down, almost hitting someone. The customer service kept changing their answers—sometimes saying they'd send someone to check, other times saying it could only be replaced, then claiming it was a size issue, and that they would escalate the matter. Each time I spoke to a different person, and I had to wait again without any updates. I ended up having to temporarily patch things up with tape while I carefully waited for a resolution. Quite the experience!
