I bought it about a month ago, and I noticed some fraying. I figured it was normal wear and tear, but then it started to unravel completely. When I contacted customer service, I found out I could exchange it for a fee and would have to pay for shipping both ways. Even if I exchanged it, I was concerned it might not hold up for long. Just a heads up for others!
