I've bought many heel spur cushions, both adhesive and wrap-around types. The material and craftsmanship aren't much different. The thicker ones, around 1cm, are useful for supporting heel spurs, even though they cost a bit more. The velcro is long.

This heel cushion is amazing, the quality is fantastic, you can tell just by looking at the picture. I have bone spurs, and walking for long periods can make my feet hurt. Overall, I think these insoles are excellent because I have had foot injuries in the past, and I need to elevate my heels when I walk.
