Design: good except the top part which is meant to store small parts. I find it very inconvenient to take out this top part when I want to Access the bigger tools below. 🛡️Safety: the handle for the overall box is a thin plastic handle attached to box and only a thin piece is holding this handle on both sides. I wonder if my tools are heavy can this thin plastic handle the weight? \nOther than the above this box is large enough for me to put my tools

The box is totally not the same as per order. It should be clear plastic not floss. Morewver 1 of the box is damaged. Cracked! How do I claim for the damaged item?

Shipping was slow but could have been due to lunar new year celebrations. Nevertheless, the product material looks different from what is pictured in the image. The image shows clear plastic possible polycarbonate material but what it is in reality is of a different material. More translucent plastic material similar to low end plastic boxes or Tupperware wear boxes.

It's divided into two levels. The top layer is fixed and can hold some small everyday items. The bottom space is a bit larger, making it suitable for bigger items. You can use it flexibly. Overall, it feels pretty good. If you want to store more, it's better to get a larger size. It has a great capacity.
