I bought this two distinct flavors: a savory Scallop and Kelp seasoning and a nutrient-rich Seaweed and Sesame blend. Both products are designed to be low in salt and free from artificial additives, making them a safe and healthy choice for growing infants. The finely ground texture ensures that the seasoning mixes easily into congee, noodles, or vegetable purees, providing a natural source of minerals like calcium and iodine. I appreciate the convenient shaker-style bottles, which allow for precise portioning and help keep the contents fresh. This is a great way to introduce complex, natural umami flavors to a child's palate during their early development.

First time adding the oil into baby porridge, baby loves it. This oil can be used directly for porridge and salad, yet also can use for cooking.
