I have been using the watch for two days now. I love that it reminds me to stretch when I have been sitting for too long. It tracks my steps and shows the percentage of steps I have taken for the day. It tracks my sleep cycle. And it even give me an alert of messages and calls from my phone. Overall, this is an excellent investment I made for myself.
