Dear Lazada,\nI am giving a very bad review for the service provided by the J&T dispatcher. First of all, we as consumers have paid the delivery charges and we expect all deliveries to be made to our doorstep & not simply placed at the mailbox area in the lower ground floor where we have to trouble ourselves to collect our parcels. Furthermore, there is a high risk of our parcels being stolen resulting in inconvenience with the need to make a police report and then request for a refund from the vendor which may be difficult and time consuming. In future, please instruct all dispatchers to deliver all consignments to the consignee's doorstep. This is the proper and right way to provide good service to customers especially to customers who are elderly as well as physically handicapped. Your kind attention to this matter would be most appreciated.

Fast delivery, good price, receive on 2nd day once place order

slower than expected delivery but still satisfactory as all are individually sealed to prevent spillage.

Received all orders in good condition. 5* delivery service as they are willing to reschedule my delivery by 1 week.

Item is well packed and received in good condition. Good value for money during promotion. Recommended seller.

Item received in good condition and no defect. Good wrapping and deliver fast. Thank you seller, will buy again from you.\n

item dapat dh .. okey tak licking ...packaging pun nice

fast respond from seller, fast delivery from seller and lazada team.. thanks seller, tq courier & tq LAZADA

Almost like Sunlight, with a cheaper price. Dont need to use much washing dishes, just add abit mix with water. The grease will go off.

Very good packaging. Sealed in plastic bag and put in a separate box then the other things that I bought. No leakage.

Delivery is taking too long and maybe give some vouchers instead of emails of late delivery notice.

Delivered on time as per schedule. Thanks Lazada and Laz Express
