Fan received in good condition. Once i received the new fan, i decommissioned my 25 years old ceiling fan, also KDK brand. The old fan was still functioning but the noise was getting louder. Installation is quite straight forward. New fan is working now. Thank.

very good seller. fast in responding to request. ordered on 6th Oct night and the fan arrived on 8th Oct late morning.\nfan is functioning well and very silent when it is moving. looks elegant and the price is one of the cheapest around.\nvery contented with this order. i will give more than 5 stars if i can.

Disappointed, KDK brand, but horrible packaging (look at the photos, not sure to laugh or cry), not even sure if this fan will work. Will update. Guys, better get from somewhere else. From the packaging itself you can tell this is not a responsible seller.

the product is fine. working properly. however the packaging is the worst. how could you leaving the fan blades exposed without any protection. the outcome of cutting the box and polystyrene foam made a mess. some of the foam debris entered the motor casing. please improve this problem. overall experience is okay
