Received packed with bubble wrap without a box in a flyer bag only.\nThe handle could have been damaged.\nOverall, the spray is good enough for simple aircon coil wash. The continuous spray lock is an added benefit.\nThe only negative thing is the handle is not comfortable to hold as it has rough edges.
