I was very disappointed when I received the box. It was on the ground, the box was dented. Luckily the bottles were all good, thanks to the bubble wrap. What is the point of having the FRAGILE stickers on the box when it's not handled with care.

The fragrance is very good! It was well wrapped! I will try to buy another one soon!

Korea No. 1 brand. I want to give it a try the brand claimed to no 1 brand as it sold 1 product every 3 second. I like the smell but i dont if its really help with hair loss. Will repeat order if i like it. Bought from guardian but no leaking at all. J&t also take a good care of the parcel. Just the box dented and not affected the product. Great experience.

A bit disappointed cuz item came with broken pump. Luckily shampoo didn't spill. Since I'm using this shampoo brand, so I just replace the pump with my old one to use. Hope packing team can check properly first before send out to customer. (Seller gave me return solution but I lazy)
