Item received in good order. Packed in cardboard box with bubble wrap. Took longer to deliver probably because of flooding. Rack easy to assemble but must not rush or use force. Material is of sturdy plastic, looks durable. Hope it will last for some time. Fits all my shoes even up to size 10. Very satisfied with the purchase.\nThank you Seller and Lazada
