Hi, I've bought this bundle of 2 on Oct2017, one of it is now flatulence, how can I claim warranty since it's 1year warranty by seller? Thanks.

out of 1 unit facing was (flatulence) but still remain in working condition
are this normal condition ?
what i`m concern could this explode while charging ?
