Initially it works wonderful, but after the 6 cooking ..the round plastics silicon begins to disperse smelly silicon smell that penetrated to whatever I'm cooking. It's just awful.

The product itself is good and works as stated. Unfortunately, i can't say the same for Lazada Express delivery service. 1. It was suppoed to be delivered on the same day, 14th of April. Called the helpline at 5+pm and was told that it will be delivered the next day and the express delivery charge will be returned to me. 2. 15th and 16th of April, was told the same thing, product will be delivered the next day. No delivery. At the end of the day, i called the helpline and informed that i need a change of delivery address because the 1 day delivery wasn't fulfilled and i won't be home to be able to receive the package and make the payment after 16th of April. 3. 18th of April, lazada express called asking me if im at home to make the delivery to my OLD ADDRESS and the new address wasn't recorded at all. I wasnt at home but i rushed back home during lunch time to pick up the delivery. I chose credit card payment on delivery. Met the delivery personnel and found out that he didnt bring along a credit card reader. In the form he showed me, IT WAS CLEARLY STATED that payment will be made via credit card. He told me that he can't hand the product to me unless I'm willing to pay cash, or he will come again the next day to deliver the product. I went out to the nearest atm to withdraw cash and got the item from him. 4. I kept getting told by the helpline that the RM15 will be returned to me because the one day delivery wasn't fulfilled. The point here is that there is a reason why customers would option for 1 day delivery and the return of the RM15 is not an amicable solution AT ALL. I was on leave on 14th of April and thus the reason that i chose 1 day delivery. Delivery it on the 18th of April, treating it as a standard delivery, and not even meeting the option LAZADA itself provides (to pay via credit card on delivery) where i had to rush from work and pay via cash was a very bad experience that i went through. I really hope the delivery service can be better managed and not to assume that what the customers are most concerned about is the RM15 that they paid for same day delivery and it will be ok to return the RM15 and handle it as a normal delivery if the order can't be delivered in the promised time. All orders and delivery times should be honored.

Received my order on the 3rd day in good condition by Ninja Van. For first time user, if you have selected the wrong cooking function, press the "Warm/Off" button to cancel selection and re-select the correct function. Love this item as it keep my kitchen clean and less smell because the vapor and smell are kept inside the pressure cooker, the pressure will slowly release by it self after the "keep pressure time" is over, the safety feature on the cover is good, it won't allow you to open it if there is pressure kept inside the cooker. Save lots of time in cooking, just put what ever I want to cook inside the pot, select the cooking function mode then press "Start", and I can leave to work. Children can just eat at anytime after they return from school, the food is kept warm (24hrs). So carefree! Tips: Don't set the "Keep pressure time" too long if you you don't eat so soon, it become too soft.
