Bought this after reading online reviews and when on discount. When used with my Sony IEM (XBA300) the differences is noticeable, after awhile, when compared to a “HiFi (C101 chipset)” braided audio adapter, 1/3 it’s price. The main pros are: better sound stage thus better instrument and vocal separation; lower audio noise; cleaner bass; less ear piecing high vocals. The main cons are: higher better drain; lower audio volume; and somewhat less “bright” sounding for certain notes.
