Comes in a long box, 95% assembled. You just have to make it stand up, shorten the poles in order to fit in the 3 lower poles into each sides slots - these are essential to make sure the rack is sturdy. Else it’ll just wobble around and not usable. Once you have those in, it’s very steady. Took me around half an hour or so to have it unboxed and set up on my own. Probably easier if you have 2 people doing it. Love love love the wheels! Super sturdy and easy to roll - and each of the rollers are lockable, so you can roll it off whenever and lock them in place. Love the height, I am able to hang a telekung using a hanger and still have space underneath. I am using the lower middle pole to hang the clips basket and extra hangers, potentially can also be used to hang small items. Note - the 3 lower poles have a hook like end to hook up to the main structure, one of mine had a slightly crooked hook, so a quick adjustment with a sturdy pair of kitchen scissors (I didn’t have anything else to use!) enabled me to adjust the opening and make it fit in perfectly - it would be great if you don’t have similar issues, but eveb if you do, it’s not a deal breaker. \nSince its a Sorento, I had high hopes and I wasn’t disappointed. Hope it lasts.
