Received in good condition. Nice chair! Suitable for petite adults, and perfect for 10yo kid too (without head rest). Overall, worth it!

Everything about this chair is alright except for the base. The edges of the 5-star base is squared rather than rounded. This can be a hazard due to the sharp squared edges. I have already injured my heel twice while sitting on this chair. You really have to be mindful and careful when sitting on this chair. I am going to replace the base with an aluminum base with rounded edges. Frankly speaking, for it's asking price, this chair should have come with an aluminum base in the first place.
