I have an existing MI camera and app. when I was trying hard to add this new camera to my MI app, it was keep asking me to scan the QR. I got frustrated on the setting for 2 days. seller didn't respond on Sunday and I made a schedule with them today. respond was slow but eventually helped me to resolve the connection. \n\nWhat I found was the previous app does not support this new camera. I was asked to reset the region to Chinese Mainland in the app. Then follow by the steps that seller guided. after setup the new camera and found my existing camera lost in this \"new region setting\" app. so I need to reconnect my existing camera to this new setting app. \n\nit really sweat me on the connection and setting. same MI brand but feel like different territories. what a hassle and mess. but the resolution on this Chinese Mainland app resolution does not as good as my previous Malaysia region app. \n\nanyway, thank you seller for your support. honestly, I was almost going to request for refund if you still have no response just now.
