Gear puller puller gear remover aircraft model gear removal special tool huakol Weili and other helicopters available

it is dedicated to disassembling copper gear motor and so on.

Note: some motor gears are added with high-strength industrial glue, which may not be able to be removed. The Tooth Puller has a good effect on small and medium-sized motors. If some Motors cannot be removed, do not use them forcibly, due to the deformation of the thimble variable bending Puller, the deformation and bending caused by improper force or excessive force of the product cannot be returned or exchanged!

Huacol standard set includes 0.9mm (cylindrical),1.75mm (semicircle),1.75mm (cylindrical),1.9mm (cylindrical),2.8mm (semicircle)

The outer packaging is bag packaging, not plastic box packaging!

How to use the gear puller:

1. Please select the needle according to the diameter and thickness of the motor shaft. Do not use a too small needle to push over the motor with a large shaft diameter for tooth extraction, otherwise the thimble will be broken, the gear with glue needs to be heated first to melt the glue before pulling the teeth!!

2). Select the thimble of the gear puller you need, install the rotating rod of the gear puller, and tighten the screw (note: the thimble with platform should not be too tight).

3). Install the rotating rod of the puller into the puller bracket.

4). Install the gear puller moving plate.

5). Clip the motor into the gear puller moving plate and move it to the motor shaft to align the gear puller thimble.

6). Rotate the action rod of the gear puller clockwise and pull out the motor gear.

7. can pull the gear with a maximum outer diameter of 11mm and a tooth height of less than 12mm.

Motors above 5 series are not applicable
