Experience a major disappointment with the seller. I received the item with defects (scratched glass screen and a dent), and I immediately requested a return and refund. However, the seller rejected my refund request.\n​When I first noticed the defects, I immediately contacted the seller. I was told to claim the issue under the Midea warranty. However, a Midea technician later stated that the issue was not covered under warranty and instructed me to return the item to the seller.\n​The seller even offered to pick up the defective hood and claimed they would post a new one to me after collection. This process was an attempt to bypass Lazada customer service. I found this highly suspicious and insisted on an official return process. nce the seller received the defective item, they rejected the refund again.\n​I was extremely disappointed by the dishonesty and irresponsibility of the seller. I submitted a dispute to Lazada customer service, who then requested the seller submit proof of QC conducted prior to delivery. After 48 business hours, the seller failed submit the evidences to Lazada. Finally Lazada released the refund to me. it took me almost 20 days for the whole process.
