Packaging and delivery was good. Product seemed intact. \nUpon testing, this product requires Bluetooth to operate properly. Apparently appears offline in Google Home but fine in Tuya app. Does not work well with automation if you're away, it will fail due to Bluetooth requirements. Also quite a task to setup particularly on product reset, had to do multiple times before it actually works.\n
