It took me a while to find out the root cause of no Internet even my laptop could connect wirelessly to it and the cellular signal is strong. Please double check if your current plan and operator would allow you to do Internet with router instead of your phone. Thought of tinkering to get around the limitation of my phone plan only to find out the 3 UK version is way too restrictive unless you are willing to risk bricking the unit by flashing the firmware. The support will attend to your question but I gave up after the responses switching between two languages regardless of the language I use in my question. Anyway this is a solid unit without overheating issue if your phone plan works straight out of the box.
