I’ve received the product, but the packaging is terribly damaged. The store packed it really poorly—just put it in a black plastic bag and sent it without any bubble wrap or cushioning. The bag scraped against the floor and got punctured in 6–7 places, leaving scratches on the product. Instead of just tossing it into a box, they could have at least used some basic packaging. This isn’t a cheap item; it’s worth nearly a thousand baht, yet the packaging was so poor. I placed the order at 11 p.m., and I received it at 4 p.m. the next day.

The product was a bit late in shipping, but overall it’s in good condition—durable, sturdy, and beautifully designed. However, it’s a bit tricky to install; there’s no manual included, so I had to check the instructions online.
