The item arrived in good condition, no damage whatsoever. The product is good, but our two puppies bit the collars, causing the Airtag holder to break! It's not strong enough to withstand the puppy's bites! The holder doesn't come with a red neoprene seal, only a cheaper black rubber seal. But after about 8 months of use, it hasn't leaked yet. Good product and good seller. Thank you.
