Abit too firm for us, but overall ok la. The Dunlopilo staffs are helpful and responded promptly, but the delivery guys were rude n not helpful, left my mattresses on the corridor without helping to put on my divans which were being assemblet on the time the mattresses arrived. Asked them wait for 5mins also they wouldnt. Truly bad service

received in good condition, it took about 2 weeks to delivered. but courier service didn't let me know early when they were delivered to me early, so that time I'm not at home. so I have to carrier myself to my upstairs master bedroom. It's heavy and tough to do so\n 🛋️Comfort:good\n
