As good practice please store the passcodes and safe keys property and adhere to points 1 to 6 above.TERMS OF WARRANTY ON SAFE DEPOSIT BOX1.Your safe deposit box is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, the warranty does not cover damages/defects caused by Acts of God (e.g. earthquakes, floods etc.) fire damage, damages caused by theft or self-inflicted damages etc.2.During the warranty period, damages in the mechanisms, electronic components and keypads of your safe deposit box are covered.3.Each party shall bear their respective shipping and handling fees during the warranty period. After the warranty period, the purchaser will bear the full shipping and handling charges and repair charges.4.Please take note that loss of safe keys are not covered under the limited warranty, please contact us if you require replacement key(s) and we will provide a quotation to you based on the model of the safe deposit box, all shipping and handling charges in this regard shall be borne by the purchaser.
