This item was very well packed so everything arrived safely without damage. I love the fact that this coffee machine can take 5 different capsules. I know some say the noise is a bit loud but honestly, it's not like the machine is going to be switched on 24/7 and it's not ridiculously loud that will rattle the roof, so the sound thing is something I can overlook. \n\nI ran it without capsule a few times to wash out any stuff inside etc and what I found great was the size. The machine looked quite big in the picture but I was so delighted to see it was smaller than I thought. I posted a picture with my hand for comparison 😀. This doesn't take up a lot of space. If you struggle to figure out how to operate it there are loads of videos on YouTube where people share tips so no issues there.
