I wear a size 37.5, so I got a 37, and it fits well without any adjustments. However, the heel cushion made the space feel a bit tighter, so I trimmed it off. I suggest the manufacturer create insoles without the heel cushion. Material-wise, I've only worn them once, and they seem fine, but I might need to replace them after a while. Overall, I'm happy with them, and the fit and look are just right.
