I ordered a USB-C to C adapter with a display, but I received a regular USB-C to A adapter instead. They asked for a bunch of photos as proof, and after I sent them, they mentioned I could exchange it the next day when the customer service team was back. Later, they told me they would cancel the exchange and send me a new one, but after I canceled, I still hadn’t received anything after a week. When I followed up, they said they hadn’t been notified about my cancellation, and that’s why it hadn’t been sent.
