The packaging was really sturdy, and the large box made me feel at ease. The foam wrapping was thoughtfully done, and I even received a cute little card with a robin and firefly design. Each item was carefully packed separately! They were so attentive, and even when I mistakenly filled out the wrong address, they communicated kindly and helped me quickly retrieve my beloved item. I love this shop and their creations so much, especially the detailed craftsmanship of the eyes on the 75mm figurine, which is excellent.
