Taste and texture: The chocolate ends with eating raw cocoa beans, which are unroasted and surprisingly smooth with just a little bitterness, reminiscent of chocolate with a liquor center. Raw cocoa beans are great for the brain, and I think I'll keep eating them this way. Feeling really happy (not sure if it's just in my head or if the cocoa is giving me a boost)!
