I've already finished a big bag of this pure buckwheat noodles. They stay nice and chewy after soaking, not mushy at all. I usually rinse them in cold water twice for the perfect texture. I've tried other buckwheat instant noodles before, and they ended up a bit too soft for my taste, but this pure buckwheat has just the right bite.

Made from pure buckwheat, it's really good and suitable for people who are watching their sugar intake. Even if you're not, it's still fine to eat. There's no weird taste, but you can't cook it. However, pure buckwheat isn't supposed to be chewy anyway. I definitely recommend it; it's like thin noodles.
