The packaging was really sturdy, and it took some effort to open it up. The set includes a pen holder, a pen wash, and a few other items, plus a felt mat, which is a great deal. I absolutely recommend it with a five-star rating! After unpacking, I was very satisfied; it looked just like the description, and I set it up on my desk right away. It looks stylish and high-end. The customer service was also fantastic. I initially wanted a large pen wash, but they sent me a three-compartment one instead. Since I only write and don’t paint, I didn’t need the three-compartment wash for now. To make the most of it, I decided to use the three compartments for my water lilies. I thought about contacting customer service to exchange it, but they generously offered to send me the large pen wash and let me keep the three-compartment one as well. I felt a bit embarrassed but really appreciated it. I’ll definitely come back if I need anything else. Big thumbs up for the customer service!
