When I got it, compared to the previous one, the magnetic attraction was very weak. I hesitated and didn't return it, which I now regret. My last case lasted 5 years, and I wouldn't have switched if it hadn't started cracking around the volume buttons due to age. After two months, and I don't use my tablet daily, it suddenly fell from the stand and hit my head because the adhesive came off. When I contacted customer service, they said they could replace it. The issue is that it only took two months for the glue to come off, and it doesn't feel sticky at all. They insisted on replacing it, but after some back-and-forth, they finally offered to send a new one after I left additional feedback. I've given up and considered it a loss, so I went back to buying from the place I got my previous case from.

The back panel came off, but the service was great!
