祛湿疹痘痘效果挺好的，湿气重，舌苔特别厚的时候开始喝的，喝了大概一个星期，舌苔从黄褐色变成现在基本恢复正常，还略显红润的颜色，相比之前好看太多了，去湿气有明显效果。
