Ikan Brand Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce

To Steam:Steam 600gm of fish for 8 minutes.Pour in 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Paste. Let it steam for another 3 minutes. (Approx : 11 minutes)To Stir-fry:Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid /Chicken together with 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Paste . Add in 200ml water (1 cup).
