Barely meet my personal 5 star requirement. Same as the product in photo, nothing more. The assembling process is quite difficult as some of the hole is not perfect fit, you need to pull the plastic real hard while screwing to fit in the screw.\nAfter half an hour of strength work to assemble, the chair is comfortable. So I still give 5 star.
