These custom shoes use the K1 outsole paired with ATM2, which provides good grip. The high-intensity rebound was initially lacking, but pairing them with these carbon fiber insoles fixed that last weak spot. Today, I tested them out and found the start-up and acceleration to be much better. The insoles have an embedded carbon plate that doesn't feel like a foreign object, and the heel cushioning is spot on. I'm most impressed with the rebound strength; it feels like the rebound of FG AG outsoles, making it great for explosive movements. If you have knee issues, you can pair these insoles with the TF outsole.
