This was due to system didn't ask for replacement for a year+ as the usage didn't meet the quota. This mainly due to smaller family.\n\nFor the device itself, it functions very well. I was comparing this with LG and snaptec and I went with snaptec because the interface panel is easier to use for elderly, which is my dad. The button lights up with the text button and panel is facing front so elderly people can operate it without difficulty. The app function tracks the usage.\n\nThe plan I got is upfront which I think is more worth it due to rebate. 5 years of free maintenance and warranty. Every 6 months, the app will notify and you can arrange appointment with the engineer. After 5 years, you can continue with water filter replacement which cost RM350+(for now).\n\nIt is worth to get this.
