Wall-to-wall No-drilling Storage Shelving Metal Magnetic Hanger Shelf

I ordered a custom shoe cabinet with a tall shelf, and when I first received it, one vertical rod was missing, but the customer service quickly arranged for a replacement. I hadn't started assembling it during that time. Once the new rod arrived and I began assembling, I noticed two foot cups and L-shaped screws were also missing. After contacting customer service again, they sent those out as well. While assembling, I found that the hardware for connecting the foot cups had misaligned holes, making it impossible to put together. I decided I would rather return it instead of waiting for more replacements, and customer service agreed to that. Their communication was really good throughout the process. However, I think the manufacturer could pay more attention to details to respect customers better. I won't consider shopping with them again. Just be careful when ordering!
