The product had some challenges with the weight capacity. Initially, I was reassured it could handle a heavy computer case, but unfortunately, it didn't hold up as expected. Thankfully, the case itself remained intact, and I'm yet to test if the computer works. I noticed some issues with the materials used, as they seemed a bit too thin for the intended weight. However, I appreciate the merchant's willingness to send a replacement. I hope this will work better for future use!
