If you don't like raw garlic, you have to try this! After being pickled in vinegar, it doesn't cause any heartburn at all. It has a crisp, sweet and sour taste that is incredibly crunchy with every bite. You can even use the leftover vinegar juice for dressing cold dishes.

I got the pickled garlic, and it tastes pretty authentic. The color is also quite appetizing, with a nice sweet and sour flavor that makes it really delicious.
