Bucatstate | Hamster Cage Transparent for Golden Hamster Luxury Villa Set

Have you contacted after-sales service? They just gave a bunch of excuses.

The product size was accurate. The box is split in two, with two buckles on the lower part, left and right. They measured the \\\"length\\\" by standing the buckles upright and measuring the outermost distance. The actual bare length of the box is 47-48 cm. I bought a box, not buckles! The product had several issues (burrs on the lid; burrs on the front door; lots of thin residue in the vents). As soon as I mentioned the product flaws, customer service offered a 5 yuan subsidy. When there were more flaws, they later offered an extra yuan. I'm just giving honest feedback, hoping they'll recognize their problems and improve so it doesn't happen to the next customer. What matters is the experience.
