This means the entire process of checking and packing your order is recorded by camera for added security and transparency. If customers have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly via live chat, thank you.Important Notes:To inflate the balloon, it must be done slowly. It can be inflated with a pump up to 90%, then blow through a straw to easily control the volume to prevent the balloon from bursting. If there are two layers sticking together, please stop inflating, gently separate the two layers with your hands, and ensure they are apart so you can continue inflating. For balloons smaller than 18 inches, they are specifically designed to be filled with air because they cannot hold enough helium to float. The balloons are made of a thin layer of continuous metallic film over nylon. Therefore, the balloons are less porous. These balloons lack flexibility and are not elastic; too much gas will easily cause them to burst. If they burst, they cannot be repaired! When you open the package (if using scissors), please be careful not to cut the balloons inside.Straws, tape, sticks, ribbons, and pumps are NOT INCLUDED.
