This professional resistance band recommended by my yoga instructor is really useful! The latex material is super durable and has great elasticity. Its length is perfect for opening up the back and stretching the shoulders and neck, making it really convenient to achieve the right movements. After each stretch with it, the tightness in my shoulders and neck disappears, and I feel much more relaxed overall. Plus, using it for warm-ups before workouts helps quickly activate my muscles and reduces the risk of injury.
