Hole Saw Operation & After-sales Notes 1. Safety Operation InstructionsWear safety goggles during operation to prevent hot metal shavings from splashing and injuring your eyes. Do not wear gloves when operating rotating tools to avoid entanglement of clothes or gloves.Secure metal sheets tightly before drilling. Never hold thin plates by hand to prevent slipping and cuts.Feed steadily with light pressure when drilling; do not press down hard. Ease pressure when the hole is nearly pierced to avoid tool jamming or tooth breakage.Apply cutting fluid when drilling stainless steel and iron plates for cooling, to reduce high-temperature wear and extend tool service life.Turn off the power and wait for the drill to stop completely before removing tangled metal chips. Do not pull chips directly by hand; use a brush for cleaning.2. Product Usage SpecificationsThis HSS hole saw is only suitable for thin aluminum, copper, iron and stainless steel sheets. It cannot be used for thick steel plates, stone, wood, plastic or glass.If the pilot drill becomes dull, loosen the set screw to replace the spare center drill separately instead of replacing the entire hole saw to save costs.The triangular shank fits electric drills and impact drills. Avoid continuous high-speed operation for a long time, as high temperature will soften the tool steel.Lock the spring and pilot drill with hex screws after assembly. Confirm all parts are tight before drilling to prevent components from flying out.3. Oil Stain ExplanationAnti-rust lubricating oil is coated on products before delivery for rust protection. Minor oil stains on the surface are normal craft processing traces, not second-hand defects.You can wipe off surface oil with tissue or detergent before use. Residual lubricant can assist cooling during metal drilling, so full wiping is unnecessary.Reapply anti-rust oil before long-term storage, and wipe away metal scraps to prevent rust and stuck accessories.4. Color Difference & Size Tolerance StatementColor Difference: Slight color difference between the real product and pictures is inevitable due to shooting lighting and display resolution differences, which belongs to normal phenomenon. Color difference cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange.Size Tolerance: All product sizes are measured manually with a normal tolerance of ±0.5~1mm. The actual drilling diameter shall be subject to the real product; after-sales disputes based on tiny size deviation will not be accepted.5. Storage & MaintenanceClean metal scraps and oil residue after use, apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil before storage to avoid rust.Store hole saws of different sizes separately to prevent tooth chipping caused by collision.Stop using the tool immediately if the teeth are chipped, severely worn or deformed, to avoid shaking, slipping and personal injury during processing.
